Difficulties in finding renting property ?

I can understand your feelings because when I was arrived to this country I felt the same.

I could not find the proper property for me and my husband.

I tried each and every way to find property of my choice.

First I had download various application and I had found Zoopla ( https://www.zoopla.co.uk/ ) very helpful. I have attached the website link but you can also download the application for your android/IOS devices for the easy access. Zoopla has many filters so you can set it as per your choice for the best result. I have contacted many agencies , they contact you back within 24 hours through mail and phone. Every agencies give you proper response , They will ask you about your personal details including your name, current address , contact details, job status , etc. But I found that these agencies judge you as per your job status and also some of them asked me that Am I coming by car or not. I found it awkward. I visited many properties some of them were not same as the pictures , some of were out of my budget and also after the visit I found that in many of the properties the bills were not included which was not mention in the application and some of them were shared property and I was looking for the separate for us. Then I found out that in the properties details where " bills included " was written that properties were shared one and if there is nothing mention about bill it was separate ones. Also if you are finding properties through agencies please friends ready for some conditions such as you have to give them job reference and in my case it was very hard at that time because it was my first month I was jobless plus everything was new for me in this place, I was not confident . Also you need to provide character reference and I was like How ? phewww these things had pissed me off believe me. So I started finding new options as well.

And then I had found another website very helpful which is https://www.openrent.co.uk/ . Openrent was quite clear one, where you can find the properties which are posted by the landlord and you can contact them directly. On this website everything was written in the details specially about the bills. The landlord or the responsible person will contact you within 24 hours. Best thing about Openrent is that you can convince the landlord about the legal documentation as agencies can not work against their policies. 

And friends very easy option is that you can find advertisement about the properties to rent on the window of the off licensed stores trust me friends. Every street of the all the areas have at least one famous off-licensed store. It is the easiest way of finding not only properties also jobs as well.
